Certificate documents are required (original copies)：
- Apply for the registration of the specimen seal of impression:
- Those who are 20 years old or above shall transact by themselves; minors who are over 7 years old but less than 20 years old shall be represented by their statutory agent to transact. (One of the parents shall bring the agreement signed by the other party, who cannot show up together to transact.)
- ID card of the person concerned (ID card and seal of the statutory agent are required if it is transacted by the statutory agent.)
- Apply for the certificate of the specimen seal of impression:
- The person concerned to transact in person: ID card and seal
- Those who entrust others to transact: ID card and seal (or signature)of the trustee; seal and power of attorney of the person concerned.
- Those who are in foreign country and entrust others to transact shall note“Apply for the registration of specimen seal of impression and (or) the quantity of the certificate of the specimen seal of impression” on the power of attorney, which has to be affixed with the official seal of our foreign embassy or agency. If the documents are made in the mainland of China , shall be verified by Straits Exchange Foundation.
